Refund policy
General Refund and Return Policy:
- All Sales Final: All sales are final, with exceptions applying. Please contact Infinite Print Solutions LLC for further assistance.
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized products are non-refundable.
- Order Cancellations: If an order is canceled before production, you may be entitled to a partial refund. Design fees and restocking fees may apply.
- Non-Refundable Samples: Samples are non-refundable.
- Graphic Design Services: Graphic design services are non-refundable. If a design service is paid for, there is a 30-day period to start the project. If the design is not started within this period, the order will be considered fulfilled. If a design is canceled prior to the 30-day period, store credit will be provided.
- Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your goods were shipped and arrived damaged or were lost by the carrier, we will open a claim with the carrier. Based on the resolution, we will determine if the product can be refunded or replaced at no extra charge.
- Damaged Packaging: In case the packaging shows signs of damage, please take pictures before opening. If no pictures are provided, we will determine if the product was damaged by the carrier or the recipient.
