Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your goods were shipped and arrived damaged or were lost by the carrier, we will open a claim with the carrier. Based on the resolution, we will determine if the product can be refunded or replaced at no extra charge.

Damaged Packaging: In case the packaging shows signs of damage, please take pictures before opening. If no pictures are provided, we will determine if the product was damaged by the carrier or the recipient.
