The customer confirms permission to reproduce every submitted photo, design, logo, trademark, name and likeness.
We check production readiness but do not guarantee proofreading, legal compliance, barcode function or factual accuracy.
The customer must review spelling, contact information, QR codes, dimensions, quantities, placement and cut paths before approval.
Digital proofs do not guarantee exact physical color. Material, finish and lighting affect appearance; request a printed sample for critical matching.
Small shifts can occur during printing and cutting. Thin borders and important details placed too close to trim may not reproduce evenly.
Approval authorizes production. Changes, cancellations or corrections requested afterward may be unavailable or require a complete reprint at customer cost.
When an eligible proof-waiver option is selected, the customer accepts the submitted file, spelling, size and layout without a digital proof.
Production files may be retained for support and reorders, but customers should always keep their own editable originals and approved copies.
