Receive your proof
For orders that require a proof, our production team emails it to the email address used at checkout. Check your inbox and spam folder. Keep all proof decisions in the same email thread with your order number.
Customer review
Confirm names, phone numbers, QR codes, colors, quantities, dimensions and every visible design detail.
Requesting changes
Reply to the proof email with your order number and a single list of changes. Attach marked-up images when helpful. Review the revised proof before approving. Major redesigns or repeated changes may require an artwork fee.
Approval
Reply to the latest proof email with ‘APPROVED’, your order number and the version you reviewed. Production may begin immediately after approval. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after that point.

Production variation
A screen proof is a layout guide. Material, finish, lighting and printer tolerance can create reasonable visual variation.
