Confirm names, phone numbers, QR codes, colors, quantities, dimensions and every visible design detail.
Requesting changes
Reply with clear, grouped revision notes. Major redesigns or repeated changes may require an artwork fee.
Approval
Production may begin immediately after approval. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after that point.
Proof waiver
If a proof-waiver option is offered and selected, the file can move to production as submitted without digital approval.
Production variation
A screen proof is a layout guide. Material, finish, lighting and printer tolerance can create reasonable visual variation.
