Does production time include shipping?

No. Production takes 1–2 business days after payment and ready-to-print artwork, or after required proof approval. Carrier transit begins after the finished order passes quality control and is scanned for shipment.

How will I receive my proof?

Proof delivery will be tied to the contact information and customer account used during Shopify checkout. Keep that information current and review the proof promptly.

Can I make changes after approving the proof?

Contact us immediately. Approved orders may enter production right away, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after approval.

What is checked during prepress?

We check dimensions, resolution, bleed, cut paths and obvious production concerns. Customers remain responsible for spelling, contact information and rights to submitted artwork.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes. RGV pickup may be selected or arranged for eligible orders. Wait for a ready-for-pickup notice before arriving.
