Order acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges submission but does not require us to produce prohibited, unsafe, infringing, technically unsuitable or incorrectly priced work.
Pricing + payment
Prices may change before purchase. Customers are responsible for the approved order total, shipping, taxes and authorized additional services.
Customer artwork rights
You confirm that you own or have permission to reproduce submitted artwork, photos, logos, names, trademarks and other content.
Proofs + specifications
You are responsible for reviewing spelling, measurements, content and layout. Production follows the approved proof and confirmed specifications.
AI-generated artwork
AI results may vary and must be reviewed by the customer. Do not use the generator to violate rights, impersonate others or create prohibited content.
Installation + use
Unless installation is included in writing, customers are responsible for surface testing, measurements, safe installation and appropriate use of the finished product.
Service limits
To the extent allowed by law, remedies for an accepted production claim are limited to the correction, reprint, replacement, credit or refund approved under the refund policy.
