3. Product information and custom products
Product descriptions, sizes, materials and images are provided to help you choose. Most products are custom manufactured to your specifications, which affects cancellation, change and refund eligibility.
4. Pricing, payment and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. Payment is collected through our commerce and payment providers at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
5. Shipping
Shipping charges, transit expectations and carrier limitations are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
6. Artwork uploads and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the artwork you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, prepare, proof, adjust for production, print and fulfill your order. Our website, branding and original design work remain our property.
7. Customer representations
You represent that you own, license or are otherwise authorized to reproduce the content you submit, and that its production does not violate any law or third-party right.
8. Proof approval and production
Where a proof is required, approving it authorizes manufacturing based on that proof. Production estimates are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless stated in writing.
9. Order changes, cancellations, refunds and reprints
Order changes and cancellations depend on production stage. Refund and reprint eligibility is described in our Refund & Reprint policy.
10. Promotions
Promotional pricing applies only to the exact configuration described in the offer, and may be limited by size, quantity, finish, product, date range or production speed. Promotions may be changed or ended at any time.
11. Website accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
12. Prohibited uses
Do not use the site to submit unlawful, infringing or malicious content, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, or misuse another customer's information.
13. Website availability and errors
We aim to keep the site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Occasionally information such as a price, description or availability may be inaccurate. We may correct errors and may cancel an affected order, refunding amounts paid for that order.
14. Third-party services
Checkout, payment processing, hosting, shipping and email delivery are supported by third-party providers, including our commerce platform and supported payment processors. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to the services they provide.
