Timing begins after payment, usable artwork and required proof approval. Revisions, specialty materials, large runs and finishing may extend production.

Production time and carrier transit are separate. A fixed event or installation date must be confirmed before ordering.

Same-day eligibility
Same-day production is available only for qualifying print-ready work approved before the cutoff and accepted by production. It does not guarantee same-day delivery.
Shipping estimates
Carrier estimates are not guarantees. Weather, peak volume, incorrect addresses and carrier disruptions may cause delays outside our control.
Tracking + split shipments
Tracking begins when the carrier scans the package. Large or multi-piece orders may ship in separate boxes on different schedules.
Address accuracy
Customers must provide a complete deliverable address. Contact us immediately about a correction; rerouting and reshipping charges may apply.
Lost or delivered packages
Report concerns promptly. We may require a carrier investigation, delivery confirmation, photos or other documentation before a remedy is considered.
Shipping damage
Keep the item and all packaging and photograph the damage, outer box and shipping label within three business days.
RGV pickup
Pickup orders are released after ready confirmation. Identification or order information may be required, and unclaimed orders may be subject to storage limits.
