What you confirm when you upload artwork

By uploading artwork you represent that you:

  • Own the artwork, or
  • Have permission from the owner to reproduce it, or
  • Hold the necessary license, or
  • Are otherwise legally authorized to use it

This applies to logos, photos, illustrations, characters, trademarks, names, branding and designs.

You keep your intellectual property

Uploading artwork does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to us.

Limited production license

You grant us the limited permission reasonably necessary to:

  • Store your artwork
  • Prepare proofs
  • Modify files as needed for production, such as scaling, color conversion and cut paths
  • Print your order
  • Fulfill and ship your order

That permission exists only to complete the work you ordered.

Marketing and portfolio use

We ask first

We will request permission before using customer artwork or finished products in marketing where permission is required. We do not automatically claim marketing rights to your work.

Content we may decline to print

We reserve the ability to refuse production where we reasonably believe submitted content violates law or third-party rights. If we decline a job, we will contact you about next steps.
