Product care.

Good care makes printed products last longer. These are general guidelines — conditions vary, so use judgment for your environment.

Decals

  • Apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface at moderate temperature.
  • Wait before washing a freshly applied decal so the adhesive can set.
  • Hand wash with mild soap and water; avoid abrasive pads and harsh solvents.
  • Keep pressure washers away from decal edges.

Wall graphics

  • Let new paint cure fully before installing.
  • Clean the wall and let it dry completely first.
  • Dust lightly with a dry or barely damp cloth; do not scrub.
  • Avoid cleaning products on the graphic surface unless the material allows it.

Banners

  • Secure every grommet so wind load is shared evenly.
  • Take banners down in severe weather when practical.
  • Clean with mild soap and water, then dry before storing.
  • Roll rather than fold for storage to avoid creases.

Tents

  • Always anchor with weights or stakes, even for short setups.
  • Take the canopy down in high wind or storms.
  • Dry the canopy fully before packing to prevent mildew.
  • Spot clean fabric with mild soap and water; avoid bleach.
  • Store frames and fabric in their cases, away from moisture.

Table covers

  • Machine wash cold on gentle and hang dry, unless labeled otherwise.
  • Steam or iron on a low setting on the reverse side to remove creases.
  • Do not use bleach or high heat.

Feather flags

  • Use the correct base for your surface and expected wind.
  • Take flags down in high wind to protect the pole and fabric.
  • Hand wash gently and dry fully before storage.
  • Store the pole sections and fabric in the carry bag.
