Refund & reprint policy.

Because most Infinite Print products are custom manufactured specifically for each customer, standard retail return rules may not apply the same way they would for non-custom merchandise. Here is how we handle problems.

Are custom products refundable?

Most of what we make is produced from your artwork, your dimensions, your material and finishing selections, and your quantity. Those items cannot normally be resold to anyone else.

For that reason, custom products are generally not eligible for return or refund simply because:

  • You changed your mind
  • You ordered the wrong size
  • You entered the wrong information
  • You approved artwork that contained an error
  • You selected the wrong material or finish
  • You no longer need the order

This is subject to applicable law. See “Your legal rights” below.

What happens if my print is wrong?

If something went wrong on our side, we want to know. We review claims involving:

  • Wrong product produced
  • Wrong quantity
  • Incorrect size compared with the approved order
  • Printing defect
  • Cutting defect
  • Material defect
  • A significant production error
  • Product materially different from the approved proof

Depending on the circumstances, possible remedies include a reprint, a replacement, store credit, a partial refund, or a refund. We choose the remedy that reasonably fixes the problem, so a refund is not automatic.

How long do I have to report a problem?

Please report production or shipping problems within [NUMBER OF DAYS] of delivery so we can investigate while the evidence is still available.

What to include

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging when shipping damage is involved
  • Any other information we reasonably need to investigate

Please keep the product

We may ask you to retain the affected product and its packaging until the claim review is complete. Do not discard anything unless we confirm it is okay to do so — discarded product can prevent us from resolving a claim.

How reprints work

An approved reprint normally reproduces the originally approved specifications — same artwork, size, material and finish — unless we agree on a different resolution with you in writing.

A reprint does not automatically include new design changes. If you want to change the artwork, that is treated as a new order or a design revision and may carry additional charges.

Color differences

Printed color will not perfectly match what you see on a screen, and small variations between production runs are normal in commercial printing. Color variation within reasonable commercial tolerances is not treated as a defect.

What if I approved a typo?

The digital proof is your final review before we manufacture. If an error was visible on the proof and the proof was approved, that error generally does not qualify as an Infinite Print production defect, subject to applicable law. We will still do our best to help you find a workable next step.

Damage in transit

Keep the box, packing material and product, photograph everything, and contact support. Carrier claims usually require this evidence.
