You will receive a notification when your order is marked Ready for Pickup. Please do not arrive before that notification — orders still in production cannot be released.

What to bring
Bring your order number, and be prepared to show ID. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, let us know their name in advance.
Large orders
Large or bulky orders such as tents, displays and roll goods may require an appointment and a suitable vehicle. Contact support to schedule.
