Custom product terms.

Each product behaves differently in the real world. These notes tell you what to expect and what is your responsibility once the product arrives.

Custom decals

  • Adhesive performance depends on the surface you apply to.
  • The surface should be clean, dry and appropriate for adhesive vinyl.
  • Lamination is available on custom decals and adds a protective layer; gloss and matte finishes look different but are both protective.
  • Outdoor durability depends on the environment, exposure and the material selected.

Holographic decals

  • The reflective, rainbow appearance changes with light and viewing angle — this is the nature of the material, not a defect.
  • The effect will not look identical to a flat digital mockup.
  • Holographic decals are supplied as configured; a separate lamination add-on is not offered on this product.

Custom labels

You are responsible for determining whether a label material and adhesive are suitable for your packaging, contents, storage conditions and application method. We do not make food-contact or regulatory compliance claims unless we have specifically verified them for your order in writing.

Banners

  • Hemming and grommets add strength at the mounting points; specify placement if you have a mounting system.
  • Wind exposure is the most common cause of banner failure. Wind slits, mesh material or a frame may be appropriate for exposed locations.
  • Proper installation with all mounting points secured is required.
  • Outdoor conditions shorten lifespan, and we do not guarantee banners against extreme weather.

Wall graphics

You are responsible for supplying accurate wall dimensions. Measure the actual printable area, including obstructions such as outlets, trim and switches.

Wall condition matters. Problem surfaces include:

  • Fresh paint that has not fully cured
  • Dusty surfaces
  • Textured walls
  • Damaged or peeling paint
  • Moisture
  • Contamination such as grease or cleaning residue

Surface preparation is your responsibility unless an installation service that specifically includes it was purchased.

Custom tents

  • Outdoor structures must be properly anchored with weights or stakes at all times.
  • Do not use a tent in unsafe wind or weather conditions.
  • You are responsible for appropriate setup and for meeting local event, venue and permit requirements.
  • Printed fabric appearance can vary slightly between panels and between fabric types.

Serialized decals

Before approving your proof, confirm the numbering carefully. You are responsible for verifying:

  • Starting number
  • Ending number
  • Prefix
  • Suffix
  • Sequence and increment
  • Whether duplicates are required

Retractable banners, feather flags and table covers

  • Hardware should be operated gently and stored in its case between events.
  • Flags need appropriate bases and ground conditions, and should be taken down in high wind.
  • Fabric products may need light steaming or ironing on a low setting after shipping.
