Same-Day Production is one of the fastest options we offer — but it is important to know exactly what it covers.

What does same-day actually mean?
Same-day production does not mean same-day delivery
Same-Day refers only to manufacturing eligibility — how quickly we can make your order. It does not include carrier transit time to your address.
Eligibility requirements
An order may qualify for same-day production when:
- The product is an eligible product
- The size is eligible
- The quantity is eligible
- Artwork is print-ready
- Payment is completed
- Any required proof is approved
- The order is placed before [CUTOFF TIME]
- Production capacity is available
Eligibility may vary by product, quantity, material, finish, day of the week and current workload.
How you know your order qualifies
The configurator shows either Same-Day Eligible or Standard Production for your selections. That status reflects the configuration you have chosen at that moment.
Orders that become incomplete — artwork problems, missing information, or delayed proof approval — may lose same-day eligibility and move to standard production.
Shipping on same-day orders
Shipping transit begins after production is finished and is separate from Same-Day Production. Choosing a faster carrier service affects transit, not manufacturing.
